No-cook dinner

Ingredients: Philadelphia cream cheese, Smoked salmon, Sweet green tomato chutney, Margaret River camembert cheese, Maggie Beer quince paste, Roast turkey breast, Turkish bread, Grape tomatoes, Corn off the cob (cooked in the husk), Salad leaves…

Arrange on a melamine platter and don’t forget the bubbles.

Definitely beats eating dinner in front of TV – try it sometime!
